Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction with specific legal protections, the laws of your jurisdiction may apply to disputes related to these Terms.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its rules. This arbitration requirement applies unless local laws in your jurisdiction provide for an alternative dispute resolution method.
If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, or if it is deemed not to be an appropriate method of dispute resolution under local laws, you may have the right to resolve the dispute through the courts in your jurisdiction of residence.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in any class action, group action, or similar proceeding. Any dispute will be resolved individually, and you will not be able to join a class or collective action.
However, if you are a consumer in the European Union, Illinois, Texas, or any other jurisdiction where local laws prohibit class action waivers, this provision will not apply to you. In such cases, you may still have the right to initiate or participate in a class action or collective lawsuit under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
